Vegan cocoa muffins

10.58 oz rice flour Molino Rossetto

1 yeast sachet Molino Rossetto

10.58 oz sugar

1.76 oz cocoa

1.76 oz dark chocolate

90 ml sunflower seeds oil

120 ml soy milk


Chocolate shavings to garnish


  • RICE FLOUR GLUTEN-FREE - 17,64 OZ (500 G) -


 In a bowl sift the flour, the sugar, the cocoa and at least the yeast. Add the oil and the milk, mix all together until the mixture is even and smooth. Add the chocolate shavings and mix with a wooden spoon. Pour the mixture into muffin moulds and sprinkle with some almonds and chocolate shavings. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
