INGREDIENTI

10 g of organic puffed quinoa Molino Rossetto
10 g of organic puffed amaranth Molino Rossetto
200 g of dark chocolate (milk and gluten free)
some organic cranberries

PREPARAZIONE

Chop dark chocolate and let it dissolve in eater bath, mix. Once it has dissolved, fill each mold with chocolate, beating in order to avoid air bubbles. Mix puffed quinoa and amaranth with cranberries and distribute them on the melted chocolate, pressing with the spoon.
