80 g of butter
1 egg and 1 yolk
Pour the mix with the egg, butter and the yolk in a bowl and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogenous dough. Envolve the dough in some film and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll the dough with a rolling pin and give the shape of cookies with a glass or a cup. Put in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, until they become golden.
