Plumcake with soy flour

  • Plum cake con farina di soia

INGREDIENTI

1 pot with soy yogurt (125 g)
1/2 pot of seeds oil
1 and 1/2 pot of soy flour Molino Rossetto
200 ml of soy milk
1/2 pack of vanilla yeast Molino Rossetto

  • GLUTEN-FREE SOY FLOUR - 14.11 OZ (400 G)-

PREPARAZIONE

Mix yogurt and sugar with an egg beater, add flours, oil, milk and yeast gradually. Mix until you obtain a silken compound. Put it in a plumcake mold covered by some oven papera t 180°C for about 45 minutes.
