Muffin pumpkin, lemon and orange blossom
150 g of flour type 00 100% Italian grain Molino Rossetto
1 bustina of gluten free yeast for cakes Molino Rossetto
1 bustina di natural orange blossom extract gluten free Molino Rossetto
120 g of grains of sugar
50 g of mashed pumpkin
Put egg and sugar in a bowl and mix all the ingredients. Add orange juice, lemon juice and mashed pumpkin and mix again, add flour, yeast and then orange blossom exctract. Put some butter in molds for muffin and pour 2 spoons of dough in each mold. Cook muffins in the oven at 170°C for 15/20 minutes, when muffins are golden remove them from the oven and serve them with some powder sugar.
