INGREDIENTI

200 g of Molino Rossetto organic “00” flour
2 eggs
250 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of Molino Rossetto baking powder
A pinch of salt
25 g of butter
To decorate: blackberries or other type of fruit

PREPARAZIONE

In a bowl blend milk, eggs, sifted flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Beat until the batter will be semiliquid and uniform.

In a non-stick pan melt butter and pour in the centre with a wooden spoon a little quantity of batter. Cook until the superior part of the pancake will be semi dry. Turn the pancake and complete cooking.
