Apple soft cake
250 g of Molino Rossetto “00” flour
2 "Golden delicious" apples
160 g of butter
130 g of sugar
A glass of milk
A pinch of salt
1 case of baking powder
Grease with butter an extendable cake mould (24 cm of diameter).
Whip 3 eggs with 130 g of sugar and soft butter. When you have a cream add a pinch of salt and sifted flour blended with baking powder. Dilute the batter with cold milk, knead for 3 or 4 minutes with electric hand mixer. Then pour the batter in the mould.
Peel and slice apples and lay down in circular way on the batter and dust with sugar.
Bake in preheated oven to 180°C for 40-50 minutes.
