1 Molino Rossetto mix for pancakes and scones
130 g of milk
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
In a bowl pour the mix for pancakes and scones; add milk at room temperature. Blend the batter until it will be soft and uniform.
Pour the dough on a floured pastry board and knead it with hand. Form the dough into two rolls and cut some 4 cm slices. With a knife cut the surface of every rolls.
Lay down the scones on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let it bake for 10 minutes or so.
You should wait on the scones for breakfast with butter, or for tea time with red fruits jam.
