NATURAL PANCAKE MIX - 250G

00 FLOUR FROM ITALIAN WHEAT
Fresh ingredients to add:
1 medium egg,
220 ml of milk or your favorite beverage.
Preparation: 3 minutes of cooking per pancake - ideal for 10 pancakes

In a bowl, combine the milk with the egg and mix with an electric whisk. Slowly add the contents of the package and continue to mix, trying to avoid lumps, until a smooth batter is formed.

Heat a pan over medium heat (grease it with a little oil) and pour about 3 tablespoons of batter. Cook until bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip the pancake and cook the other side.

Repeat until all the batter is used up (you should get about 10 pancakes). Serve plain or add maple syrup, fresh fruit of your choice, or hazelnut cream.
FOR A QUICKER RECIPE, JUST ADD MILK!
For a taller pancake: separate the egg yolk from the white and beat the egg white until stiff with an electric whisk. Add the yolk to the milk and mix until smooth. Combine the pancake mix and work it until a lump-free batter is formed. Use a spatula to fold the beaten egg white into the batter, mixing gently from top to bottom. Continue cooking as described above.
