Chocolate and pears soft cake
300 g of Molino Rossetto cake flour
150 g of dark chocolate
100 g of butter
200 g of sugar
125 g of whole milk yogurt
80 g of milk
1 case of vanilla flavouring
a pinch of salt
2 medium pears
Grate 150 g of dark chocolate.
In a bowl knead butter with scraped chocolate, 200 g of sugar, yogurt, milk, 3 eggs and a case of vanilla flavour. Add 300 g of cake flour. Knead all the ingredients for 3 minutes until you have a soft and uniform batter.
Grease with butter and floured a mould (diameter 24 cm) and pour in it the batter.
Peel the pears and slice them. Put the slices into the dough.
Bake in preheated oven to 170°C for 50 minutes.
Wait on the cake sprinkled with icing sugar.
