1 pack of organic vegan soy granular – Gluten free Molino Rossetto

Pour soy granular in boiling water, let rehydrate for 10 minutes. Drain granular well using a towel to remove exceeding water. While it is getting fold, boil a medium potato, peel it and mash it. Add granular to the potato, put some salt, some pepper and add vegetables and spices. Form some thin hamburgers on soy milk then put some grated bread on them. Cook in the hot oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
