Bocconcini Plant Based belongs to the new BIGOOD line of Molino Rossetto. It is obtained from the transformation of pea flour, with a process called texturing. The resulting finished product is rich in fiber and vegetable origin protein and can be used for various recipes. In this rehydrated bite-sized format it is ideal for recipes such as traditional stew or goulash. The BIGOOD line offers products that are twice good: good for health and for the environment, it allows to reduce the water use and CO2 emissions.
