Plant-based Ragù

  • Mantovana cake

INGREDIENTI

Ingredients (serves 8)

100 g BIGOOD plant-based mince
200 g finely chopped celery, carrots, and onion
300 g tomato purée
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

PREPARAZIONE

PREPARATION

1)In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté the chopped vegetables, stirring occasionally.

2)Add the tomato purée and the plant-based mince, and continue stirring for a few minutes.

3)Add the hot broth (or water), the rosemary leaves, and sage. Cook for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4)At the end of cooking, season with salt and pepper to taste.
