1)In a saucepan, over medium heat, soak the BIGOOD vegetable bites for 3 minutes in the broth you have previously prepared and brought to a boil.
2)Let them rest for 5 minutes with the heat off, then once cooled, remove and squeeze the bites to drain the broth and set them aside (keep the broth as well).
3)In a pan, melt the butter, add 100 ml of broth, the rice flour, and curry powder, stirring until you get a smooth mixture.
4)Now add the bites and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
