Fried polenta with boletus sauce
5/6 slices of cold polenta
1 kg fresh mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
6 spoons of olive oil
Wash mushrooms with cold water, remove their steams. Put the garlic in a pan with some oil, cut mushrooms in pieces and cook them. First steams, and then the mushrooms. Put some thyme, salt and pepper and mix for 4/5 minutes more. Warm the oil in a pan with high borders, when it is boiling, fry polenta slices until they become golden. Remove polenta from the fire and let it dry on paper towel. Dress with mushrooms sauce and serve it hot.
