150 g of Flour type 00 Molino Rossetto
150 g of gluten free nuts flour Molino Rossetto
110 g of sugar
150 g of butter
1 pack of vanilla flovored baking powder gluten free Molino Rossetto
100 g of dark chocolate
Add flour with a pince of salt in a bowl. Add sugar and soft butter at ambient temperature. Knead and add the egg, yeast, mix everything and let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Make a ball (of 1 or 3 cm of diameter). Put balls on an oven pan covered by oven paper and if you can let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cook at 170° for about 15 minutes or until they are golden. While biscuits are getting cold, dissolve dark chocolate in water bath or in the microwave oven, put a spoon on the plate part of the spoon and combine the two parts.
