Chia seeds gel
INGREDIENTI
1 spoon of chia seeds Molino Rossetto
10 spoons of water
Pour water in a glass and then add some chia seeds. Mix everything and let it rest for one hour. You’ll obtain a gel to use for many vegan recipes. Use the gel to create some meatballs or some hamburgers. Hamburgers that are made with grains mix, as quinoa, buckwheat, or chia are delicious.
