Pour the mix on the pastry board, make a well and soft cut butter and an egg. Knead rapidly and let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes covered with clingfilm.
Roll up the dough and lay it down on a tart mould. Decorate and fill with black cherry jam.
Bake in preheated oven to 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
