Banana Bread ai Semi
INGREDIENTI
180 g of flour for cakes Molino Rossetto
70 g of flour Molino Rossetto
60 g of cane sugar
180 g of bananas
100 g of dark chocolate
180 g of fresh cream
100 g of melted butter
3 eggs
10 g of cinnamon
16 g of vanilla-flavored baking powder Molino Rossetto
5 g of pumpkin seeds Molino Rossetto
5 g di linseeds Molino Rossetto
Mix flours with yeast and cinnamon in a bowl; extract vanilla seeds and add them to the dough. Break and chop the chocolate with a knife and add it to the other ingredients. Mix eggs, sugar, melted butter and fresh cream in another bowl. Cut in pieces bananas and add it to the dough. Mix the two doughs. Pour the dough in a plumcake mold with some oil and decorate with pumpkin seeds and linseeds. Put in the oven ar 180°C fro about 40minutes, then cover with some wet oven paper for 10 minutes more.
