Integral cake with organic puffed Cappelli wheat with honey
INGREDIENTI
1 cup of organic puffed Cappelli wheat with honey Molino Rossetto
50 g of whole flour Molino Rossetto
100 g of flour type "00" Molino Rossetto
1 egg
50 g of butter
50 g of cane sugar
lemon peel
enough water
1 spoon of vanilla-flavored baking powder gluten free Molino Rossetto
Mix butter and sugar until you obtain a soft cream, then add the egg, lemon peel, flour and milk. Finally add yeast. Add organic puffed Cappelli wheat with honey and go on mixing. Pour the compound in a pan with some butter and cook in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. You can decorate with some organic puffed Cappelli wheat with honey, nuts or oatmeal.
