Plums and vanilla jam

INGREDIENTI

1500 g of plums (without seed)
- 600 g of cane sugar
- 1 pack of Gluten free Agar Agar Molino Rossetto
- 2 packs of natural vanilla extract Molino Rossetto

PREPARAZIONE

Wash plums, cut in halves and remove their seeds. Add cane sugar. Put all the ingredients in a casserole with vanilla extract, mix and let it boil, mixing with a wooden spoon. Add agar agar and mix. Put in cups whent it is still hot.
