Vegetable Gulash

PREPARATION
1)In a saucepan, over medium heat, soak the BIGOOD vegetable bites for 3 minutes in the broth you have previously prepared and brought to a boil. Let them rest for 5 minutes with the heat off, then once cooled, remove and squeeze the bites to drain the broth and set them aside (keep the broth as well).
2)Meanwhile, in a pan, sauté the chopped vegetables with oil and bay leaf for about 3 minutes, then add the bites.
3)Now add the tomato concentrate and red wine and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add 100 ml of broth to prevent the goulash from becoming too dry. At the end of cooking, season with salt and pepper to taste.
